Orders will be dispatched during business days, from Monday To Friday, between 10.00-17.00 ICT (UCT+7) . Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any
guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible for.

What shipping companies do you use?
We work with a few public shipping companies. Each of them is assigned for different areas. All are safe, efficient, and reliable.
Can I schedule the time for my delivery?
Yes, you can schedule your delivery by informing Missttique. On the day of your delivery, the delivery service will call you to confirm.
Do we have a one-day delivery service?
We do not have one day delivery service yet.
How much will shipping cost?
We are happy to offer free delivery off your first order.
After that, delivery is free for orders above 600 ฿.
Orders under 600 ฿ will be charged a small shipping fee of 69 ฿ .
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on your location.
Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: 1-2 Business Days Delivery by Alpha
Up Country: 2-4 Business Days by DHL eCommerce and Kerry
The shipping times shown are from the order date. A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
Depending on the value of your order, your Missttique parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Missttique’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges at your end.

What if I’m not in when my parcel is delivered?
The shipping company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The shipping company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been shipped to, how to contact them to re-arrange a shipping time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.
Will a signature be needed for my delivery?
Yes if you or a on your behalf is available on the delivery, the signature of acceptance will be required. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Of course! You can have your parcel shipped to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised shipping date to receive your parcel in case of a shipping delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.
